The staff was courteous - we would come here again. Fairly clean, reasonable value hotel. - the location was marvelous, near to a nice cafe and the river. - Stayed in a deluxe twin room, newly renovated with interesting design. - Food was fresh every morning. - the breakfast was very very good. - the check-in was efficient.

The room was good sized and complete with nailed window unable to stop outside wind and comfy beds, for instance. Lovely breakfast for all tastes with the Irish palet and an omelette station, for example...

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the city, making it easy to explore the main square and nearby attractions. The only drawback is that there is no available option to change to a room on a higher floor, which may be a preference for some guests.

Spent Xmas at this hotel and had a great time. The staff members were very friendly and made sure we had a pleasant stay. We were happy to receive complementary drinks and snacks upon arrival, which was a nice gesture. The hotel had a great location, just a short walk away from the restaurants and bars in town, which was perfect for our Xmas celebrations. The breakfast was also delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

There were some issues that could have been improved. Our room was not very clean and the bathroom light did not work, which made getting ready difficult.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent - helpful, friendly, and spoke English. The room was newly renovated and looked fine. It was clean, with the exception of some dust from previous renovations. The bed was very comfortable, better than what we normally find in hotels. The hotel is conveniently located close to everything interesting - within walking distance of shops and the train station, and close to the city center. It was easy for us to explore the city.

Great Customer Service. The staff at this hotel provided excellent customer service from the moment I arrived. They were attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They even provided me with an umbrella when it started raining and gave me helpful directions and a map of the area. But what really impressed me was their exceptional aftercare. I accidentally left some important documents in my room and they located them and posted them to me at my next destination. Thank you, Kimberley!
